Our business is fitness, specializing in the motivation and guidance appropriate to each of our clients to help them keep their fitness practice consistent and successful in their busy lives.
We believe our fitness training is a means for our clients to move better in all the other activities they enjoy and to experience an improved quality of life.
Our Approach M-2 Sport's methods provide you with more than just a program, we create an environment that inspires effort. By engaging your entire body and mind, we guide your effort to progress towards greater levels of performance. You will build strength, endurance, precision, and power. You will do more than you ever thought possible.
Our goal is to break through the boundaries that hold you back by teaching and practicing motor skill based fitness of squatting to jumping, lunging to running, pushing and pulling, and bending and twisting, using tools such as kettlebells, club bells, sand bags, medicine balls, ropes, water pipes, BOSU balance trainers, boxes, and more.
At M-2 Sport, we believe that fitness does not have an end, it is a journey. M-2 Sport is focused on inspiring you to make changes you own. We listen, then provide guidance and support that fit your lifestyle.
"I have been training with Marty since 2007. Initially I viewed fitness as a means to achieving two things: Looking fit and lean and working towards achieving strong performances in skiing and running. I’ve recently come to understand fitness at a much deeper level. Fitness has become something that has helped me to find balance and health in my life. Regular physical activity has helped me to be more connected to my body and my mind. Having a consistent training schedule has allowed me to monitor my fitness level more consistently.
